Our Story
Pan Bagels is owned and operated by Savina and Richard D’Souza, who have called the Sacramento area home since 2004. After years of building community through their donut shop in Jackson, Star Donuts, they brought the same family-first philosophy to Rancho Cordova with a simple mission: serve real food, made with care, to people who deserve better than a chain.
The bagels are hand-rolled using a traditional process. The donuts are made from scratch. The boba is crafted to order. And every cup of coffee is brewed from locally roasted beans. Nothing here is an afterthought.
