Pan Bagels’ Sprinkle Donut starts with the same scratch-made, yeast-leavened dough that goes into our Raised Donut: proofed low and slow for a pillowy, airy crumb that fries up light and golden. Then comes the finish that makes it its own thing, a thick coat of bright pink or chocolate glaze, set generously and topped with a shower of pink and white sprinkles that stick in every corner.
